New construction projects along the Seacoast of New Hampshire is not typical of new homes in other areas of the country. We do not have the large 100-200 tract parcels rather the small 4-10 lot subdivision with each home different from the others.
Prices of land vary from town to town with prices generally in the range of $100,000 to $350,000 per lot. Towns as Hampton Falls, Kensington, East Kingston and Fremont have a minimum requirement of two acres to build a single family home.
All the above towns are serviced by private wells and septic. New construction range in price from $275,000 to 2.5 million.
