  3. Assist you with "The Psychology of Selling." Hints you can do to help sell your home quickly.
  4. Seven days a week coverage at your busy Route one, Hampton Fall location. All inquires concerning your home will be handled in an expedient and professional manner.
  5. If you’re in arrears on your mortgage we will lend you the funds to bring your mortgage up-to-date while your home is being marketed.
  6. Pre-qualifying all Buyers through our banking institutions prior to your home being shown.
  7. NO LOCK BOXES WILL BE USED. The Hamptons will be present for every showing. We will show your home with pride.
