When my wife and I first got to the point of having our second (inherited) house ready for sale, we decided to try and sell it on our own as there appeared to be sufficient traffic going by the house every day. We placed a sign on the house and listed the house with “I sold my house.com” service. Yes we did get some “tire kickers” and internet “hits”, but unfortunately not any buyers to make us an offer. After the holidays and into mid-winter, when there just wasn’t anymore customers stopping by or calling, we decided that we had to use an agency that could sell it for us. That’s when I decided to talk with Diana and her manager about listing the house. Doing so I felt comfortable about their abilities and just as importantly, their personalities and attitudes.

Well my gut feeling was correct and I got the best service possible. The house is now under contract and we had the pleasure of working closely with Diana. She is a very hard working professional that works daily with integrity, compassion, and respect for all the people she has contact with. I cannot imagine anyone working harder for and with us than she did. And, of course, she did get the job done and we are delighted with the selling price she was able to get for our house.
