Testimonials and Accolades
Dear Joanna:
"During the summer of 2005 my wife and I decided that driving from our home in Florida to spend the summer in New Hampshire had become a chore, primarily because of our age. Our trailer at Meadowstone Park after 18 years of ownership would be sold.
Not knowing where to begin it was brought to our attention that within Meadowstone there was a real estate sales person, namely Joanna Fiorino. Now historically sales people knowing the profit of selling trailers was minimal, usually lacking total interest and time to promote a sale. This is where Joanna comes in.
Inviting Joanna to our trailer, discussing our issues she exhibited interest in selling our trailer by stating her intented promotions of an open house, paper adds but, importantly her appearance, charm and ability to absorb why we were asking such a high price, but offered her professional advice to promote the sale.
She did sell our trailer within the park. It sold for the highest price of any trailer sold at Meadowstone and we thank Joanna for the job well done."
Sincerely, Bev & Gil
Dear Joanna:
"In 2003, we moved into Meadowstone Park in Seabrook, NH, which is a lovely park, but after a couple of years we decided we wanted a place with different options.
When we decided to sell we contacted Joanna Fiorino, who was enthusiastic and excited to work with us. In less than a month, Joanna found a buyer with a price that was satisfactory to us and, during the buying process, she found us a home in a different park which we now thoroughly enjoy.
Joanna is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and we also found her to be genuine and personable. We thoroughly endorse Joanna as a great Real Estate Agent."
Sincerely, Matthew Sierak & Marie Hartman
